Corley's Watch & Box warranty the items to be of new condition as represented online at the time of purchase and shipment. Our new watches and watch winders carry a one year warranty. We are dedicated to make your shopping experience on our site to be one of satisfaction with high standards of customer service.

Corley's Watch & Box ships from our facility located in Framingham, Massachusetts. To insure you of the very best quality all items are inspected to be free of defects before being shipped to you. When your order is shipped you will receive an shipping email confirmation with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number of your shipment (Not available for all international orders). Corley's Watch & Box ships all orders within 1 business day of receipt of order, in the unlikely event of out of stock inventory we will notify you by e-mail or by phone.

You may return your purchase for any reason if not completely satisfied within 10 days with the exception of the holidays (November & December purchases) when we extend the return policy to 10 days from Christmas.

In the event of exchange Corley's Watch & Box will ship the exchanged selection standard ground service at no additional charge. One exchange per customer. Please email all return requests and include your order number to: info@timepiece.com.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

Return shipping to be paid by purchaser. Please return insured UPS or USPS.

Returns will not be accepted unless in properly and securely packed.

Purchases are insured upon shipment for your protection. For items being replaced because of defect or damage in shipping Corley's Watch & Box will pay return shipping cost. Retain all original packaging material for insurance coverage. Return shipping will be paid by Corley's Watch & Box and new product will be sent upon receipt of damaged product to Corley's Watch & Box. We issue a call tag for UPS to pick up your damaged item from the address provided at time of purchase. A replacement will be sent upon confirmation of UPS pick up. In order for UPS to pick up, you must be at the location. UPS will make three attempts per call tag. UPS will furnish the label for the return at the time of pick up. Please notify us immediately if your order was damaged in shipment within 24 hours of receipt to protect from claim being denied by UPS or carrier of parcel.

Corley's Watch & Box ships worldwide. For international rates please add the item in question to your online shopping cart and select your country in the shipping options section. Items shipped internationally may be subject to duties or customs fees. These charges are to be paid by purchaser at the time of receipt of merchandise. Please note that USPS Global Express service is usually 3 to 7 days. This can no longer be guarenteed due to customs and the events of September 11th. Any item shipped internationally and damaged, purchaser agrees to pay duties and customs fees both for in transit to purchaser and return of goods.
